About Us
Our company was established in Pompano Beach, Florida, in 1972. We moved to Lakeland, Florida, in 1984 and located to Edgewood Drive. Originally our name was Action Insurance. As we realized our focus was serving families, we found a more suitable name. We are autonomous and endeavor to secure only the finest insurance companies whose corporate purpose is quality service to their insured. This means that we have not only added "A+" rated companies to those that we are writing policies for, but we have also eliminated the unrated or lesser-rated companies from our portfolio of companies.
Family Insurance Centers
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ron Hasten. I am the senior member of our team along with my wife, Alice Hasten. My daughter Beth Guskay and my granddaughter Amy Myers are also agents in the business.
At times insurance can be confusing and difficult to understand. Realizing this, we seek to serve our customers and their families in the same way that we would expect to be served as a family unit. We are happy and proud to take the time to adequately explain coverages, give advice and counsel, and discuss various insurance options with you, our customer, whether it be personal lines or commercial lines. We believe it is vital that we always remember our primary concern is "our family servicing the insurance needs of your family."
Beth Guskay, my daughter, came into the business in 1984 as our agency began to expand. She is a licensed Agent and currently oversees the complete agency operation of all three of our offices. Beth's expertise lies in a wide range of all personal-line and commercial-line products of insurance.
My granddaughter, Amy Myers, also joined our business in 2001. She is a licensed Agent and currently manages the northside office, which opened in 1991.
