About Us

Our Company was established in Pompano Beach, Florida in 1972.  We moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1984 and located on Edgewood Drive.  Originally our name was Action Insurance.  As we realized our focus was serving families, we found a more suitable name.  We are autonomous and endeavor to secure only the finest Insurance Companies whose corporate purpose is quality service to their insured.  This means that we have not only added "A+" rated companies to those that we are writing policies for but have eliminated the unrated or lesser rated companies from our portfolio of companies.

                 Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Ron Hasten.  I am the senior member of our team along with my wfie, Alice Hasten.  My daughter Beth Guskay and my granddaughter Amy Myers are also agents in the business.

            At times insurance can be confusing and difficult to understand.  Realizing this, we seek to serve our customers and their families in the same way that we would expect to be served as a family unit.  We are happy and proud to take the time to adequately explain coverages, give advice, counsel and discuss various insurance options with you, our customer, whether it be Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.  We believe that it is vital that we always remember that our primary concern is "our family servicing the insurance needs of your family."
           Beth Guskay, my daughter, came into the business in 1984 as our Agency began to expand.  She is a licensed Agent and currently oversees the complete agency operation of all three of our offices.  Beth's expertise lies with a wide range of all personal lines and commerical lines products of insurance.

           My granddaughter, Amy Myers, also joined our business in 2001.  She is a licensed Agent and currently manages the northside office, which opened in 1991.
